As the primary frontend developer, I helped shape and modernize the digital presence of more than 20 consumer-facing brands, working across marketing websites, enterprise integrations, and internal platforms. My role evolved beyond frontend development into frontend architecture, API integrations, production support, and cross-team collaboration, partnering closely with product owners, designers, marketers, and backend engineers to deliver scalable, maintainable digital experiences.

I led the migration of legacy ASP.NET, jQuery, and Bootstrap applications to modern React, Gatsby, and Vue architectures, introducing reusable component patterns and improving application performance, maintainability, responsiveness, and developer workflows across multiple brands.

To support a growing portfolio of multilingual websites, I helped implement a headless CMS solution using Prismic, Gatsby, and AWS webhooks. I developed reusable frontend components and shared UI patterns that enabled content teams to manage content independently while maintaining consistency across more than ten brand websites.

I designed and implemented a centralized API Gateway that standardized how customer subscription requests were processed across our brand portfolio. Rather than maintaining separate integrations for each website, the gateway provided a single integration layer between frontend applications and enterprise services.

The platform integrated with secure .NET Web APIs, Okta authentication, MuleSoft services, ActiveCampaign, and later Ketch, supporting evolving marketing automation and privacy compliance requirements while simplifying frontend integrations across multiple brands.

I maintained and enhanced a scheduled .NET console application responsible for processing customer contact and quality assurance submissions from every brand website.

Customer inquiries were submitted through website forms, stored within SQL Server, and processed according to a unique application identifier assigned to each brand. The integration service transformed each submission into the appropriate FreshDesk API request, routing tickets into the correct regional support environment and brand workspace.

In addition to implementing new features, I performed production support, investigated failed transactions, diagnosed API and data issues, replayed failed requests, and collaborated with marketing teams when configuration changes within FreshDesk affected API contracts or ticket creation workflows. This required troubleshooting across SQL Server, .NET services, IIS-hosted scheduled jobs, REST APIs, and third-party SaaS platforms to maintain reliable customer support operations.

Beyond feature development, I collaborated closely with product, design, and marketing teams to translate design concepts into responsive, accessible user interfaces while implementing complex forms, SEO enhancements, analytics integrations, and interactive frontend experiences.

I also investigated and resolved production issues across frontend applications, backend APIs, SQL databases, and third-party integrations, helping ensure the stability and reliability of customer-facing platforms across the organization's digital ecosystem.

Independently designed and built full-stack web applications to explore modern frontend architecture, API integration, state management, and production-ready development workflows using React, TypeScript, Vue 3, Node.js, Symfony, and .NET.

Designed and built a responsive full-stack event discovery application integrating the Ticketmaster API, featuring keyword and location search, pagination, persistent saved events, and a modern React-based user interface.

Developed a REST API using Node.js, Express, Drizzle ORM, PostgreSQL, and Zod, implementing request validation, data normalization, and persistent data storage.

Designed a modular frontend architecture using reusable React components, Zustand state management, and a clear separation between presentation, application state, and API layers.
